2004-07-20 [ItalianViolinist]: Most guys don't like skinny girls. I recently lost about 6 lbs, leaving me at around 105 lbs, which is ok for me since I'm 5'4". I lost it because I have been practicing violin a lot because I'm performing overseas starting Saturday and I'm very nervous. But anyhow, my boyfriend wants me to gain like, 10 more pounds. Guys like meat.

2004-07-20 [ItalianViolinist]: Listen, to be honest, there was a very hard time in my life that sort of triggered me being anorexic for about 6 months, maybe. My dear aunt had a triple bypass, and 1 week later, my father had a quadruple bypass. My aunt was fine, but my dad's IV got infected and he nearly died. Then, right after heart surgery, my dad had to get hip replacements and was in constant pain. Then, we found out my dad had chronic leukemia. I guess I was anorexic because it was the only thing I had control over... my body. Thank goodness it didn't last long, and I didn't lose very much because at the time I was around 120, but still. It's scary.

The reason why I joined this wiki is, like all of you I guess, cause I hate the society's image of the "perfect" boy/girl. I can believe that there are people that love rather more slim people, but guess what, THERE ARE OTHER TASTES! I personally do'nt like to hug girls that are kinda skinny cause I'm scared to hurt them (and this is really true). I just like it when I can hold them with all the love I want to give them. That doesn't mean I hate people that are slim, it's just a mather of taste, and you can't discuse about taste can you?

My mother is very small... she is a size 2 or so in pants, small on tops, and stands 5'2" (maybe) and is 103 lbs. Mom and I also have trouble finding shoes... I take a 5 and she takes a 3 or 4. lol. and I think I read somewhere that the average size in America is a size 10.
